Exchange and Privacy Policies


Because of the size of our business, we do not offer returns at this time. However, we do offer exchanges.

Our exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include your Order Number.

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and new item shipped within 5 days.  Return Shipping is responsibility of customer. 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 If you are shipping an item over $75, you will need to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
